Grade 2.5-3.  Prince Dowlin Suite was commissioned by the Princeton (Texas) Independent School District and the Princeton Band Boosters Association. Each movement celebrates one of the middle schools of the district. With an appreciative nod to James Ployhar and other young band writers, Fanfare, March, and Procession commemorates the opening of Mattei Middle School. The structure of this movement depicts the history of the Princeton ISD band program.
